Apparently my honorable service to my country as a United States Marine was not "American" enough for Edward, the self-described "purebred polack." My service in the Gulf war apparently was not enough. I guess my Harley Davidson is also not American enough either.

Of course we all know Edward Przydzial has never lifted a finger for his country, but he sure is good at degrading the soldiers who have. He likes to call them COWARDS! LOL! Irony!

And so to the skinny, weak, cowardly Edward Przydzial's of the world I say... You are welcomed for you freedom and your right to spew whatever drivel your warped, pruned, shriveled-up little brain can muster.

...And we all know we'll be waiting forever because we all know Edward Przydzial is a liar, a stalker and a criminal harasser. Here's his own words on his own blog, written back in '09...

That's really all the proof you need that Edward Przydzial has never been harassed by me and that it is 100% a ONE WAY flow of harassment coming from him to me. That is why Edward Przydzial is a criminal at large with a warrant for his arrest and I am not.

So how long you think we'll have to wait for these imaginary things? How long exactly is a "few days" to Edward Przydzial?"

I'll tell you what though... I also claimed to have boxes of proof as well as boxes of official documents, legal papers, court stuff, police reports, etc. Please note that I have NO PROBLEM posting item after item. Edward Przydzial - Issued To Criminal Complaint

I would have probably kept these thing to myself, but the idiot just keeps on reminding me that he's there. He absolutely will not let me forget about him. It's a constant needling. I have no clue why Edward Przydzial does this (to himself really.) As you can see at the top of my blog page, I clearly state why this page is here. Edward Przydzial has no reason. He has no statement. He has nothing but a sick infatuation and there's nothing I can do to stop him. Being quiet and minding my business didn't work. He'd call other people if I didn't respond. Posting blogs exposing his sickness did nothing. Taking it to the law put some nice foundation blocks in place, but getting sued and ending up with a warrant for his arrest has thus far still not deterred Baron Von Man-love from humping my leg. This is public notice dated November 21st, 2011 that I am still being stalked and harassed by Edward Przydzial. This Blogspot page serves as a compilation of the continuing harassment I am still enduring by Edward Przydzial, but in no way represents the entirety or extreme level of all stalking and harassment I am enduring. I am AGAIN publicly stating that I want 100% of this stalking and harassment to stop.

I do not harass Edward Przydzial. He claims to have boxes of proof that I do, but in over five years has never shown a single stitch of proof to anyone. All he ever posts are harassing images, blogs and comments. If there is some proof of harassment being directed at Edward Przydzial, Edward Przydzial needs to bring it to law enforcement and have them help him stop whoever is doing it. In the meantime, it gives him no right to harass me and my family. It gives him no right to harass businesses I have worked for. He needs to do it legally, not in this childish, illegal manner.

Edward Przydzial has NO IDEA how much evidence I have compiled against him. Many items, such as the following letter from the driving school (written for the courts), I have kept to myself. Edward continued to make claims that I was fired from the driving school for using their computers to harass him. He made these claims in writing online, in letters to Internet hosts and other people and he made these claims with his own voice left on the voice mail systems of businesses I have worked for such as the driving school (as can be heard right here on this very blog) and while he rambled, the courts read the facts. Edward Przydzial is a criminal stalker and harasser and he officially and feloniously libeled me many times via many means and to many people.


Edward Przydzial Harasses Business - Stalks Victims

Yes... What Edward Przydzial has done is a FELONY. Look it up. What's funny is that if you Google "felony libel," Edward Przydzial's felonious calls that I turned into a Youtube video comes up in the #4 slot on the first page of search result. Those calls were actually made to this driving school!

That letter was written in '09, days before I filed the Criminal Harassment suit against Edward Przydzial. I could go on and on with more examples of Edward Przydzial STILL harassing me though even after I have publicly and privately, in writing and via the court system, demanded that he stop. Even after seeing the above letter from the driving school, he will most likely not stop. I would bet money that he will merely start harassing them again, but that is fine. He will be traced again and his harassment will be added to the ever-growing list of offenses he has buried himself under. Hell! Look at his blogspot page. He's STILL got the auto school all over it. Look what he did to their name online! NONE of what he has done over the last half decade is EVER going away. It merely piles up and ONE DAY, it will come time to pay the piper.

Edward Przydzial recently Googled my name and found images of me posted on Deviantart.com by a very close female family member of mine who is also a professional photographer. Edward Przydzial has recently started posting gay slurs regarding my military service and other needless, negative comments with no other purpose but to harass. (This of course from the guy who claims he would never belittle a serviceman!) Edward Przydzial has no idea what kind of trouble his current harassment is going to bring him. Now he is harassing people that are ENTIRELY TOO CLOSE to me. I will not allow even the tiniest harassment of my family and I am again filing yet another criminal complaint against him for it. This time I will be bringing my young, female family member with me and she too will file.

Edward Przydzial has continued stalking and harassing me even after being warned of pending legal action against him. He has continued even after I filed criminal complaints against him and posted the complaint online. Edward Przydzial continues to stalk me and harass me in any way he can find even after being sued in a court of law. Edward Przydzial is now officially a WANTED CRIMINAL AT LARGE with a warrant for his arrest and this still has not deterred him from constant harassment that has been going on for years.

Now here's where we get to watch our not-too-bright, bigoted, racist, white-supremacist, "polack" friend flip-flop worse than anything John Kerry ever did. Ready? Read along now. OK, so on his blog here he rambles on about how just because he's wearing a Nazi uniform does not make him the Nazi-lover everyone knows him as now. He lists Kiss members, Elvis, Lemmy from Motorhead, etc as examples of people who wear Nazi hats and whatnot (which I guess makes all things Nazi related A-OK!) and claims, "just because you dress like a Nazi does not make you a Nazi!"

Hmmm... STRANGE! He's admitting NOW that he was simply dressing up like Elvis and the likes... That this was just a costume he dressed up in. Let's all pretend for a second that he didn't make the racist quote about his "polack" supremacy and let's pretend we can't see any of the THOUSANDS of derogatory comments toward President Obama that Edward Przydzial has posted. Let's pretend I don't have screen shots posted right on this blog depicting his racist images stored in his image account, many of which has the word "nigger" right in the file name...

If he was simply dressing up as a Nazi because he simply likes to play dress-up when he's home all by himself, why do you suppose it was that he wrote a FRAUDULENT note to my web hosts claiming I photoshopped that Nazi costume onto him? Yes, Edward Przydzial has a warrant out for his arrest and no, I do not have a copy of it because as everyone knows, people do not get warrants. Those are for law enforcement. I know this is 2nd grade knowledge for most, but just in case there are any completely uneducated people out there who didn't know, there you go. Hope it helps.

But what you CAN check out are all of the legal proceedings that led up to the warrant and here's how... Please feel free to contact the Haverhill, MA Police Department at (978) 373-1212 and inquire about complaint/incident #9027336 filed on 10/08/2009 at exactly 3:57 (and 37 seconds) PM. This will confirm for you that a complaint was filed against Edward Bernard Przydzial for Criminal Harassment.

Then, please feel free to call the Haverhill, MA District Court at (978) 373-4151 and inquire about application #10150901 - Criminal Harassment court application filed: 10/15/2009.

You may then feel free to inquire about the outcome of that hearing that took place on 11/09/2009.
Outcome: Edward B. Przydzial failed to appear - Issued to Criminal Complaint.

Przydzial complains here about SOMEONE who posted some slander about him, claiming Edward Przydzial has AIDS. He blames me in his rant and claims he has gone to the host of said slander(dreamhost) and obtained the IP address of the person who posted it. He claims the IP is mine and he has proof. Well, I say he should take that proof to the police right now! I certainly would! I would go so far as to DARE him to bring any and all evidence of my harassment to the police, including the court paper images and docket numbers I have posted here on this blogspot page. Hell, I would forensically collect this entire revtyler.blogspot page and open a court case against me if I were him. Hell... I DID IT TO HIM AND WON! I would say to Edward Przydzial, "Run along now little boy, with all that proof! Sounds like you have a GREAT case against me and I cannot for the life of me understand why you haven't already brought these treasure troves of proof to the police. What are you waiting for? Why is there a warrant out for YOUR arrest but not for mine?"

Notice that the only one actually slandering anyone or causing any problems at all on that page is Edward Przydzial himself and it is all directed at me. There is nothing about Edward Przydzial posted there at all. Feel free to search the archives for any other version to prove me wrong.

Meanwhile, while we all hold our breath waiting for Przydzial to show one stitch of evidence instead of only blowing air from his wind hole and incriminating himself every time he tries to defend his psychotics behavior, let's take a look at some real AIDS slander that Przydzial posted only a few days ago. Again, this and all other harassment like it have been forensically collected and data based for use in federal court when we go after Przydzial for his felonies. So far we've only done the local court and the lesser charges of Criminal harassment. This is to get the warrant so eventually Przydzial will get picked up and be forced to face the music. Lastly, no... I did not have facebook remove his page or anything like it. Edward Przydzial has had his pages removed from myspace, facebook, google, yahoo, etc. He is a known troll and troublemaker and these companies have taken it upon themselves to delete his silly ass from the Internet as he deserves. Please note, ALL of my social media pages are in tact. ALL of my web sites are in tact. Except for Edward Przydzial's insane rants online, NOBODY else in the world seems to have had a single problem with me, yet a quick peek on Google for just the name "Edward Przydzial" will produce links to MULTIPLE people all over the world complaining about Edward Przydzial and his stalking, harassing and downright insane behavior. Coincidence?

In the fraudulent DMCA take-down notice Przydzial sent to my host he claimed I Photoshopped a Nazi costume onto him. Of course this is not true as can be seen by his very own blogspot pages, but besides that, dig this screen shot from Edward Przydzial's own imagedump account. This is his image, in full color, unphotoshopped and titled by Edward Przydzial himself "Satanic Nazi Singer."

This forensically collected image will be used in court. Przydzial's statement to my host claiming I photoshopped this nazi outfit onto him will be compared to the findings of a professional who determined if this image was photoshopped or if Przydzial's letter to my host was libel and harassment. Also, I found images of just this Nazi hat in Przydzial's image accounts. Przydzial has photographed it in various settings... Typical teenage boy stuff with skulls and whatnot. There is no doubt who owns the Nazi hat and other items. There is no doubt that the image is not Photoshopped and there is no doubt Przydzial's claim to my host was libelous harassment and nothing more.

Edward's first call was back in October of '06. His most recent was in September of '09. Again, I have never met Edward Przydzial. I have never called Edward Przydzial. I have never, until now, written any reports or stories about Edward Przydzial.

Edward Przydzial's Fraudulent DMCA Notices

Dig My Copyrighted Artwork! I wrote "socialism" on it so it's mine, right?

On October 24th, after I filed suit against Edward Przydzial for Criminal Harassment, he sent a DMCA take-down notice to my Internet host in a failed attempt to have my web site taken offline. He found the need to mention the Obama image in his complaint. Przydzial wrote: "This is not a request, this is a DEMAND. Remove this url (rocknrev.com) from your servers and your mailing lists at once, and take action to prevent its addition in the future! Also the removal of any and all mentions to; OBAMA JOKER ARTWORK it's agents or principle parties."

The notice he sent was a complete fraud including the address he listed as his own, the "lawyer" listed as Andre G. Abbott and the "lawyer's" address. The court sent summons to Przydzial at the addresses listed on his DMCA take-down notice, yet Przydzial claims on his blog that he has received nothing from the court.

Also, we have made every attempt to contact this Andre G. Abbott lawyer of Przydzial's and we cannot do so. He does not exist. He is not in any phone book. Even a Google search provides nothing except Przydzial's own pages.

So... If you received a DMCA take down notice from Edward Przydzial and it lists the following lawyer's name and address, it is most likely a fraud.

...And if it is not a fraud then I think Mr. Abbott should contact me immediately to set the record straight.

For anyone who doesn't think the Nazi Outfit Przydzial wears is enough proof of Przydzial's flavor of extremism and for those who don't think his heavy involvement with the extremist Protest Warriors who promoted gun violence against me, as reported in my previous blog was enough proof... Here are just two quick screen shots taken from Edward Przydzial's personal Imagedump account. This is one of many accounts like this that he hosts many of the images he has used to harass me and other people for years. Edward Przydzial has images of me stored in his image accounts. That is the action of a stalker and harasser right there, but that is expected from Przydzial.

Note the titles of his other images and yes, they all look just as bad as they are titled.

There are even images here of people eating feces. Edward used these vile images all over the Internet. He used them on all-ages forums. He was banned from forum after forum for posting this filth and I have all the proof in the world of all of this.

While libeling me all over the Internet, Edward Przydzial likes to bring up his gang of right-wing extremists known as the Protest Warriors. I exposed their group many years ago in an article titled "Protest Warrior Exposed!!!" Przydzial did not like that article at all. It is one of the things he still complains about to this day. He also likes to paste all over the Internet a nonsensical medley of Protest Warrior quotes strung together into one huge multi-page piece of harassment material as can be seen here and here and here and all over the Internet.

And here's an excerp from one of Przydzial's messages to me after a Protest Warrior named "Elac" boasted about hacking my web site: "Protest Warriors schooled owned and basically fucked you in your fake 'peace' hippy ass with no grease... your rep on the net is the best i have ever seen. i was laughing my ass off at how hard the protest warriors fucked you in your ass... i feel sorry for your fake hippy ass you dirty filthy protesting faggot. the war has just begun pickfucker. get ready."

Protest Warrior is pretty much done now. Wikipedia says, "ProtestWarrior, LLC", formed as a limited liability company in Texas in 2003, is currently listed by the state as "Not In Good Standing", meaning that Protest Warrior has failed to file its annual paperwork and pay due taxes/fees."

I am not at all surprised. (wink)

I did grab a boat load of screen shots while they were still active. Here's one where Przydzial started a thread, his 616th post in the Protest Warrior forum and gave it the title, "check out a 'fake' war hero 'traitor'...right here." He then posted a link to my website's guestbook and goes on with another of his typical nonsensical rants about me and finished with the question, "is there a reasonable way to rid the world of such trash?"

The Protest Warriors straight-up and flat-out directly promoted gun violence toward me personally! THAT is the real Protest Warriors... A now-defunct right-wing extremist gang of which Edward Przydzial proudly claims membership.

This is what I'm really up against here and it is another reason why I do not consider it a joke when I get voice messages from this Nazi-outfit-wearing extremist, Edward Przydzial stating he is looking for me and that he is close by.

Edward Przydzial Harassment Case: Issued to a Criminal Complaint

I got a new document from the court today. Here's what it says:

Commonwealth Of Massachusetts
District Court Department of The Trial Court
November 13th, 2009

Dear (me):

This letter is to inform you that the application for complaint that you took out against Edward B. Przydzial has issued to a criminal complaint. Please come between the hours of (hours listed) to sign the complaint so that it may be processed.

Clerk Magistrate

What this means is simply that they heard me at that last hearing and decided it was a legitimate complaint and it has been pushed to the next step. Edward Przydzial will now be arraigned. He will be ordered to appear (again). He can show up and face the law, or he can decide to continue scoffing at this procedure and not show up, in which case a warrant for his arrest will be issued and he will be considered a "Criminal At Large" until he is apprehended.

Edward Przydzial had a perfect opportunity to be heard in court today, but he blew it. Today was the first hearing. They called my name and I was present. They called Edward Przydzial's name and of course he was a no-show.

The court folks listened to Edward Przydzial's intimidating voice messages. They listened to the stories he told on voice mail. They viewed his electronic harassment, etc and it only took a few minutes for them to push the case through.
